Williams<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Brad Potts <strong><br \/>\nBill Houskeeper<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<em>Happy Ending<\/em> was born out of the mind of Phil Condit, the filmmaker behind <em>Empress Vampire<\/em> (aka <em>Empress of the Evil Dead<\/em>) and the force behind SICK PUPPY PICTURES. When asked about the film he said, \u201cI was trying to come up with a premise for a creature feature that would use limited locations to help keep the costs of the production low.
