\u201cJessica Cameron is one of those talented actresses that not only brings her A game to the set but her talent is beyond just acting\u201d<\/i><\/b> Growing up in Owen Sound, Ontario, Jessica Cameron\u2019s parents instilled into her the importance of hard work and that having a strong work ethic early on will help you achieve your goals later in life. \u00a0That life lesson drove her to follow her dreams and she went from a small town girl to one of the most prolific and admired \u00a0female horror Producer, Director, and Actress in the film industry. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Prior to films, Cameron utilized her creative mind and studied fashion design at Ryerson University in Toronto. \u00a0After completing her education there she relocated to Ohio and worked as a fashion designer. \u00a0However, she was still missing something from her life and had an interest in acting, so she took an acting class. \u00a0Immediately she got the acting bug and took many more classes in multiple schools. \u00a0Once she got to the level she knew she could start landing roles, she put together a plan. \u00a0The plan was to leave fashion designing and if she was able to pay the bills with an acting career for one year then she\u2019d then make the next big step and relocate to Los Angeles. \u00a0Obviously the plan carried out as hoped for and since Cameron has appeared in nearly a hundred films, TV shows, commercials, and music videos. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAs an actor, she was a gift to direct and let me kill her repeatedly without complaint or hesitation\u201d<\/b> A majority of her work has been in the horror genre as Cameron has always been attracted to horror films ever since she was a kid. \u00a0She loves how horror movies can spin your emotions around constantly throughout the movie. When acting in horror films, she thrives on how she\u2019s enabled to explore the deep psychological intricacies that her character suffers while going through intense pain. <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s one of the most hardworking individuals I know and one of the smartest. Suddenly, Jessica appeared out of nowhere and said, \u201cDo you want to stab me in the boob? I\u2019ve never been stabbed in the boob before.\u201d There was instant silence. Everyone just looked at each other in amazement.
