In this tiny place stacked away in Farringdon, you can find rare (and affordable) movie memorabilia and vintage posters guaranteed to brighten up even the dullest of rooms. <\/p>\n<p>Run by the irrepressible John Brett, Bamalama prides itself of having a truly varied selection of originals movie posters, like the original 1980 French poster for \u2018Rude Boy\u2019, a film about a punk roadie for The Clash (see pic). Other treasures include posters for cult movies like John Waters \u2018Polyester\u2019 (1982 Spanish edition), Woody Allen\u2019s \u2018Annie Hall\u2019 (1977 German edition), Herbert Ross\u2019 1977 take on \u2018Sherlock Holmes\u2019 (a stunning East European art-deco edition), or the film noir-hued, 1963 French edition of \u2018Bunny Lake Is Missing\u2019. That\u2019s just the tip of the iceberg, for much, much more is in store. 1950\u2019s B-movie trashics, 1960\u2019s pychedelics, comedy, drama, Sci-Fi\u2026 every category finds a little home at Bamalama.<\/p>\n<p>If you think you\u2019re spoiled for choice when it comes to movie posters, I dare you to tackle the music posters section! Ok, and perhaps some cash, too. <\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s not all. In addition, Bamalama offer a bespoke framing service and \u2013 better still \u2013 are throwing special events from time to time. Yes, I\u2019m talking about those exhibition launches where you can spot luminaries from the world of rock sipping a drink in the corner, or even perform!
