After Claire’s mother dies, she and her husband move back to her childhood home only to have the abusive and traumatic memories of her mother come back and bring unrest into the house. Claire soon finds herself in a fog of past and present when her imaginary friend from childhood begins haunting her memories. What is this terrifying thing that is trying to reach out to her, and what does it want?

BETHANY is a horror film directed by a B Movie Nation favorite James Cullen Bressack and was written by Bressack and Zack Ward. The film has an amazing cast including Tom Green (Road Trip, Freddy got Fingered),Shannen Doherty (Charmed, Beverly Hills 90210), Stefanie Estes (If Looks Could Kill), Zack Ward (Restoration), Anna Harr (Restoration, Ghost Hunters), Keith Jardine (John Wick), Leon Russom (TV’s Prison Break) and Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp).

Actress Anna Harr stars as Bethany a young Claire and has worked with Bressack and Shannen Doherty several times and her experiences have always been amazing, “I always love working with James, his sets are always such a fun time, he really cares about his cast and crew, and makes sure everybody is taken care of,” tells Harr.  “Shannen is always great as well, I’ve done two projects with her, and I love her, I was absolutely thrilled we got to play Mother daughter on this film.”

BETHANY is a Grit Film Works production which is a production company operated by Bressack and Zack Ward. Another recent film by Grit Film Works is the horror film RESTORATION which was directed by Ward and written by Bressack and Ward.

Bressack’s films are notorious for keeping the audience on the edge of their seats and BETHANY does just that and provides plenty of mystery and terrifying moments. Check it out when it’s released April 7th on demand via Uncork’d Entertainment.
