Director James Cullen Bressack got his start in films by mostly making horror films and in recent years his portfolio has quickly grown to include genres of family, thriller, drama, and comedy.  His latest film THE CONDO is an outrageous comedy about four married friends that buy a condo to share as a bachelor pad, a place to bring their mistresses, until the wives and girlfriends bust the cheating spouses!

The film was written by Bill Dumas and Bill Morroni and stars a few fan favorites from Bressack’s films including Actress and Model Jackie Moore, who starred in Bressack’s award winning horror film PERNICIOUS.  It was a pure joy for Moore to work with Bressack again especially on a comedy and having the role of a complex character.  “This movie had one of the most fun scripts I’ve read, with a lot of twists and turns.” tells Moore.  “I was so happy to work with James again and to also have a chance to play a character with so many different personalities. I hope everyone enjoys it.”

Also starring in THE CONDO is Trae Ireland from Bressack’s 13/13/13, FROM JENNIFER, and the upcoming DEADLY REUNION.  Other cast members includes Baron Jay (Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp), Michael Joseph (Restoration), Tracy “Stresh” Mcnulty (Emma’s Chance), Chris Sapone, Aria London, and Johanna Rae (Psychos).

Duke, a fast-talking real estate agent, just couldn’t sell the condo, one murdered previous owner and prospective buyers left in a hurry. When his poker buddies were all complaining that they had no place to take their mistresses, Duke saw a solution to all their problems. They have all been lying to their unsuspecting mistresses, lying about being single and lying about why they don’t have a place to go and make love so Ron D., the stand-up comedian, Tom, shy and henpecked, Juan, the gay dance instructor who wants to experiment, and Duke team up to lease the condo and turn it into their love cave. It is almost a catastrophe before it gets started when they all schedule a night with their mistress on the same night. Fast talking and luck saves them, and they come up with the perfect plan. Each gets the condo for one week a month, which gives them time to change the pictures and the clothes in the closets and drawers to avoid suspicion and questions. Life is good until a crazy mistress…
