The biggest news out of any San Diego Comic-Con typically comes from the panels focused on the major studios’ upcoming tent-pole releases, and this year’s Con was no different, with impressive footage and reveals for some hotly-anticipated properties like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Avengers: Age of Ultron as well as an eye-popping first look at Mad Max: Fury Road.

Some interesting news also surfaced away from the main attractions, such as the surprise announcement that Universal and Legendary will be making a King Kong prequel called Skull Island, and in the realm of the hilariously bizarre, Sam Raimi announced an Evil Dead TV series to be developed by the director, his brother Ivan and original star Bruce Campbell.
