Producer and star Brad Pitt and director Marc Forster‘s delayed MegaZombie Production World War Z, looks, from this trailer, to be worth the wait.

It introduces something new to the Zombie genre – scale – something that hasn’t been available in a genre famed for low budgets. But now – well, holeee shit.

It’s ‘world’ war Z, not neighborhood mall war Z. Cool things of note are, of course, that it be literally raining zombies, these zombies seem to be even faster than the ones from 28 Days Later, and that zombie pyramids are equal parts impressive and disturbing.
