The trailer for upcoming action film High-Kick Angels was released yesterday. The action-packed trailer features your not-so-typical Japanese schoolgirls beating the crap out of a bunch of bad guys. High-Kick Angels comes from writer and producer Fuyuhiko Nishi, who has recently made a name for himself making films like High-Kick Girl and Karate Girl. His films uniquely use less special effects during their fight scenes.
Looks pretty cool in a cheesy B movie kind of way. How could you not want to see a movie with this tagline?
“Ever get your ass kicked by a high school girl?”
High-Kick Angels slated for a June release in Japan. No word yet when it will make its way to the States.
